Tricked Out Accessories accepts returns within 7 days after the original purchase date. exchanges or store credit are available 14 days after the original date of purchase. Holiday returns may differ; see store for details.
We offer a one-year warranty on all Tricked Out branded cases and a lifetime warranty on charging cables (not upgradeable, subject to availability). Lifetime replacement plan on tempered glass is $10 for all phone/watch glass and $15 for all tablets. Plan is valid with same device only and must bring in original glass or film. Tempered glass and film install and warranties are serviced in-store only.
Returned/exchanged products must be in new condition with all packaging/parts and original receipt. Non-refundable products include: Protection plans, tempered glass, film protectors, batteries, opened headphones, chargers/speakers, waterproof products, battery cases, mobile device repairs, and items that show use/damage or are missing parts.
If returning an item, any discounted items may go back to full price. Refunds are given in the same form as the original payment. The original credit card must be present for refund.
All repairs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacture defects. Warranty is void in case of physical damage or tampering after repair, or if liquid contact has occurred at any time before or after repair. Water-tightness not guaranteed. Protection Plan coverage against physical damage may be purchased separately.
Protection Plan covers only physical damage to exterior glass component(s) for which coverage was purchased, and is void if the shield has been removed. Any damage or defect that is not repaired by replacing the covered component(s) is not covered by the Protection Plan.

Refurbished Phone Sale Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage:
a. Non-Repairable Defects:
- We offer a 14-day period from the date of purchase for exchange or refund on phones with non-repairable defects.
- Non-repairable defects include issues that cannot be resolved through repairs and significantly affect the functionality or usability of the phone.
b. Repairable Defects:
- For repairable defects, we provide a 30 day period from the date of purchase for repair services.
- Repairable defects encompass issues that can be resolved through repairs, such as software glitches, minor hardware malfunctions, etc.
2. Eligibility:
a. To be eligible for warranty service, the phone must have been purchased from Tricked Out Accessories Hawaii.
b. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
c. Proof of purchase is required to claim warranty service.
d. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
3. Warranty Claim Process:
a. To initiate a warranty claim, customers must visit the original Tricked Out Accessories store in which the phone was purchased.
b. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the troubleshooting process or provide instructions for returning the product, depending on the nature of the defect.
c. If the defect is deemed non-repairable within the specified timeframe, eligible customers can opt for either an exchange or a refund.
d. For repairable defects, our technical team will diagnose the issue and perform necessary repairs within the designated time frame.
4. Exclusions:
a. The warranty does not cover accessories included with the phone, such as chargers, cables, and headphones.
b. Any damage caused by unauthorized repair attempts or third-party accessories is not covered under this warranty.
c. Cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the phone are not eligible for warranty service.
5. Limitations of Liability:
Tricked Out Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the phone, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modification of Warranty Terms:
Tricked Out Accessories reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
