The Kahala Mall store is a little shop with a great staff. I’m a phone dropper. I get my screen protectors replaced a couple of times per year. The staff is consistently pleasant, helpful and fast. Trent was wonderful but he’s not the only employee that I have worked with over the years. Whoever is managing and training the staff knows what excellent customers service means. Fantastic experience. Needed my screen protector changed out. I had purchased the plan which allows change outs with same phone for $10 per change out for life of phone. Didn’t think I would need it- but sure enough did. The guy who helped me was professional and super quick with change out!
