"I went in to ask questions about my crack screen on the very bottom near the power button, and I was thinking that my phone was not charging. It's because of the cracked screen on the very bottom making everything loose but the technician was able to inspect my phone, looked inside the charge port, and said that there's dust and lint inside so instead of changing entire screen that I was able to still use my phone without hindering any tapping functions, the technician was able to clean out my charging Port. They are so friendly and professional, very well knowledgeable with the little tools that they use, as well as the air can that they use to blow out the dust. He came over and engaged a conversation with me and found out what I needed and gave me suggestions on what to buy. He did try to upsell some products but when I said no he accepted it and didn't try any aggressive pushy sales tactics.

There is no need to make an appointment to repair your mobile device. Walk ins are welcome at any of our locations. If you prefer to schedule your visit with us ahead of time, feel free to use our appointment scheduler to ensure you are at the front of the line.
Repair timelines vary depending on the damage severity, with many issues resolved on the same day. Typically, most displays are back to full functionality within 1-2 hours, though more complex repairs for extensive damage may extend beyond this timeframe.
All repairs are backed by a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturer defects. Warranty is void in case of physical damage or tampering after repair. Or if liquid contact has occurred at any time before or after the repair.
The display repair won't cancel manufacturer warranties. But, battery replacement might affect Apple Care coverage. Consult a store representative for available repair solutions.
